Thank you for your interest in renting the Ciao Chow Mobile Kitchen.
 
The Ciao Chow Mobile Kitchen comes with the
following equipment standard:
  • 6 Burner DCS Commercial Propane Range (reasonable amount of propane included)*
  • 36" Flat Top Grill with full size oven.
  • Tappan 17 cu. ft. Refrigerator/Freezer
  • 2 4 ft. Stainless Steel Work Tables
  • 3 Compartment Sink
  • Handwashing Sink
  • Full Sized Speed Rack
  • 6 gallon hot water heater
  • Electrical input for either 110 or 220 volt service

The truck is equipped with a 26 gallon fresh water tank and a 38 gallon waste water tank. There is a battery operated water pump in the event you don't have an electrical hook-up. Note that without electricity to the truck, there will be no hot water. The truck does have a hook-up for city water.

*The truck carries a 23 gallon external propane tank. We include normal propane use in our standard equipment. If you choose to hook up an external deep fryer, either in or out of the truck, there will be an additional charge for propane.

  • 1000 watt outdoor light system
  • 5000 watt (or larger) Power Generator
  • Commercial Fryer or Broiler
  • Additional refrigeration
  • CADCO Convection Oven - will hold 3 half sheet pans
  • Portable A/C Unit
 
Rental Prices:
Truck with standard equipment: $400 per day based on 10-hour day
Mileage: .95 per mile*

Optional Equipment:
5000 watt (or larger) Power Generator $125 per day (gasoline included)
1000 watt outdoor light system $35 per day
Commercial fryer or broiler $100 per day
Additional refrigeration call for quote
CADCO Convection Oven $50 per day
 
All prices include driver and delivery. Multiple day discounts available.
 

*Mileage is figured from our address to the event and back. Due to the increase in gas prices, this rate is subject to change. Mapquest is a great resource for figuring the mileage. Our address is:
