The Ciao Chow Catering Machine is a fully operational
commercial kitchen on wheels. It is a perfect fit for event
facilities that are lacking a full caterers kitchen or events in remote locations.

The kitchen is approximately 6 1/2 ft. high, 6 1/2 ft. wide and 15 ft. long.
 
The Ciao Chow Catering Machine has the following equipment available:
  • DCS 6 burner propane commercial range with full size oven.
  • 36" Flat Top Grill with full size oven.
  • Commercial ventilation hood and grease rated exhaust fan.
  • Countertop propane griddle and fryer (available upon request).
  • 3-bay commercial sink and hand washing sink with on demand hot water--26 gallon fresh water tank/38 gallon waste water tank.
  • Electric generator capable of powering the refrigeration, A/C and lighting (available upon request).
  • Refrigeration unit(s). Depending on your needs, we can add more refrigeration.
  • 23 gallon propane tank.
  • Ample work space, shelving and storage.
